Connection requires holding each other in a profound grip of common values. With my lived expeirece, for the masculine to needs to focus on these 5 values and we will go through them as if we are counting through each finger on our hand. When they all come together they form the hand on profound connection that you can bring forth to the feminine for an authentic connection.
Starting with the pointer finger, you need a sense of safety and containment in all words and actions. This is vital to build a deep trust in yourself and your partner, even in your worst state they need to know you are safe. Safe to be around and communicate with even if its just to ask for some time alone to calm down and come back together for connection and communication.
With the middle finger with summon the bird, the strength to say Fuck You to the world and Fuck yes to your partner as primary priority in ones life and actions.
Ring finger is the commitment to a fun and creative attitude to manage things and improve each day
Small finger the courage to be emotionally available and vunerable to life's intensity and to share that with yourself and your partner powerfully and carefully.
Over the next two months, with the help of this course framework I will show you several techniques and practices I have developed to create a sense of holistic awareness. With practice and dedicated effort you too will be able to use these in your life to create a greater sense of wellbeing and fulfillment.

Duo - Talk through maps done so far and clarify things, also add 2nd layer of questioning to see if through cover emotions

Duo - Show and tell of my own file and creation process, give ideas for additional music and flow and pacing of recording to create further opening of emotion

Duo - Make sure everything is conveniently setup so that it allows for easy access and consistency

Duo - Practice Breathwork Together.

Solo - Use your timer setup to practice sitting and counting your breaths for 10 mins, shoot for 3-5 times in a week.
Duo - Give timer and go over setup and operation.

Solo - Microdose 15-30min before a meditation session and see how it changes things, ideally you will be able to feel into sensation and awareness more deeply, producing insight.
Duo - Go over declaring intention and practice some examples together and record one to a file

Solo - Practice everything together, 100 breaths to start, set timer for meditation to still the mind, and finally listen to your recording to lock into the intention
